Frequently Asked Questions
-
My device is charging, but it loses battery power very quickly, even though it is connected to power. What can be the problem?
It is possible that your device requires a USB C Charger. If that is the case, then it might not be possible to charge it with our USB Charger or it will charge very slowly.

I want to charge 2 Android devices at once, is that possible?
Yes, that is possible, as long as power consumption does not exceed 3 A.
You can use both ports at the same time. There is 1 dedicated port for Apple devices, but it can be used just as good for Android devices. This does not work the other way around.

I want the USB Charger to be active, even when my wheelchair is off.
That is possible. You have to do a modification of the jumper inside the USB Charger to make this possible (see the manual).
